Dan M Winder has been practicing law in Nevada since October 1, 1984 — the day he was sworn in to the Nevada Bar after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School. In the years since, he has built a general practice in Las Vegas that handles the full range of matters his neighbors actually need help with: criminal charges, family law, personal injuries, bankruptcy, immigration, and civil disputes in state and federal court.
The firm is deliberately structured so that the lawyer you speak with on the phone is the lawyer who handles your case. Dan personally evaluates new matters, develops the strategy, and stays accountable through resolution. When the case calls for support — paralegals, expert witnesses, or co-counsel — he brings in people he trusts and supervises them himself.
